Video sessions can really enhance your therapy experience, but it’s okay if you’re not comfortable with that. Let your therapist know if you’d prefer to keep your camera off during the session. We want you to feel at ease.

No, psychotherapy is currently not accepted by OHIP. However, I can provide you with a receipt to submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
